Quick answers for wallet connections, verification, saved progress, and motion.
No wallet detected
Open Adicted in the browser where your wallet extension is installed, unlock the wallet, and use Check again. On mobile, try the browser inside your compatible wallet app. A separate wallet app does not automatically provide a connection to every browser.
A wallet request is already open
Open the wallet extension and finish or cancel the existing request before trying again. If you decline a network switch, the wallet remains on its existing network. Use Switch to Robinhood Chain when you are ready.
The wallet balance is still loading
The ETH balance comes from the wallet's network provider. A slow or unavailable RPC can delay that read without cancelling the account connection. Use Refresh connection in the wallet menu. The real wallet balance is separate from the sample balances in action dialogs.
An action is finished but the quest is not verified
Return to the quest and press its verification button. For a bridge, wait until the sample transfer has arrived. For a multi-step campaign, verify the earlier task first. Use the reference generated for this exact profile, campaign, and task.
The claim button is unavailable
Check whether all required tasks are verified and the reward has not already been claimed. If using a wallet profile, make sure the wallet is connected to Robinhood. If the app reports a storage problem, restore browser storage access and retry.
My progress looks different
Check that you are using the same browser and the same visitor or wallet profile. Clearing site data or switching devices can remove or separate local progress. There is no cloud restore in this preview.
I prefer less motion
Use Pause motion on the landing page or in the app. Adicted also respects your system's Reduce Motion preference. The landing's camera follows scrolling; the content inside quest cards stays steady once the camera has settled.
